My Story.
 My Mission.

ST Fitness is about more than achieving physical goals. I am passionate about educating my clients in healthy lifestyles watching them grow in confidence and strength – both physically and mentally!

A mum of two, working full-time and a  husband who works long hours, I fully understand and empathise with those who struggle with nutrition, as well as finding a suitable time to exercise.

I’ve been there myself and made every excuse going! I’m here to invigorate and motivate you to make your actions speak louder than your excuses. We are here for a lifestyle change not a short-term fix.

As a group fitness professional, I began instructing in 2016, delivering a variety of classes including Les Mills Bodypump & RPM, Spinning, Metafit, Kettlebells, Parent & Child Friendly Groups. In 2018 I moved into level 3 Personal Training and gaining knowledge on nutrition to assist my clients in reaching their desired goals.

I care about my clients, their goals, their achievements and there is nothing more important to me than sharing an experience that makes them happy, strong and confident. I’m here for those that want to challenge themselves, bring about change, discover a new lifestyle that will create lasting habits.

Working face to face on a personalised program for you. Motivating, guiding and supporting you all the way. Weekly check-ins, accountability.

GROUP FITNESS

Working in a group, focusing on getting stronger, sessions designed to challenge yourself and also the option to also have personal weekly check-ins, individual nutritional advice and support.

Nutrition Planning

Complete a confidential consultation form, and get tailored nutritional advice to make sure you are fuelling your body for maximum results.
