I love attending Sam’s classes. She instantly put me at ease and made me feel welcome. During the classes she explains everything in detail and watches to ensure the correct techniques. Sam is enthusiastic and highly motivating and encouraging. When I’ve suffered an injury, she has suggested changes and options to enable me to still join in as well as advice on rest and exercise to help. Sam is passionate about health and fitness and this definitely shows in her classes.
Going back to the gym after baby number 2 was daunting and I felt a bit nervous. I hadn't done any exercise for over 15 months and wanted my fitness and tone back. Sam was FANTASTIC. She "got me" and knew that I liked to be pushed to get the results I wanted. Sam made sure that my technique was accurate and when I was having a lazy day ensured I got the most out of the session.
